We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Digital Transformation Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in this mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic technology roadmap in collaboration with our Head of Technologies and Innovation.
• Devise, demonstrate, and document groundbreaking technical solutions that align with business objectives and deliver tangible results across various domains, including Data & AI, Hyper Automation, Cloud, and more.
• Forge strong relationships with internal teams (Sales, Bid, Delivery, etc.) and partners to foster seamless collaboration and drive project success.
• Effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of our company’s overarching digital transformation strategy, ensuring that our solutions are aligned with the latest technological advancements and market trends.

Your role:

• Accompany pre-sales efforts by preparing and delivering technical presentations to our customers and prospects.
• Understand our customers’ needs and their digital transformation challenges to help clients make informed decisions about their digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical expertise to define/challenge the content, costs, workloads, and risks of a project with a critical and positive eye to ensure its success.
• Actively participate in technology watch to anticipate/prepare market changes and develop corresponding solutions.
• Define and document technical solutions that meet customer needs while meeting the deadlines imposed by RFPs.
• Leverage your experience to estimate/challenge the implementation costs and risks and define the assumptions to ensure the success of a project.
• Participate in bid defenses to highlight the advantages of the proposed solution.
• Interact with our ecosystem partners to consolidate synergies and architect the most appropriate solutions.

Your profile:

• Possessing a solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset, you are committed to customer satisfaction and value generation, and you are looking for a career that is sustainable over the long term.
• You have extensive experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of success in digital transformation projects (ideally in different positions that have led you to understand and experience the different facets of project lifecycle).
• Passionate about emerging technologies and eager to stay up to date on the latest trends, you are able to grasp technological topics through practice.
• With excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, you can express your ideas easily and convince your audience.
• Being rigorous and demanding person, you stay open to feedback and new ideas.
• Autonomous, with a strong team spirit, you are able to understand priorities and make decisions.
• You have an understanding or experience of multiple digital areas among: AI, Cloud, Hyperautomation, Data, Software Development…
