Yapital strengthens its team further with the addition of renowned IT expert Matthias Schulz. As CTO, Schulz will assume overall responsibility for the IT division of Europe’s first cross-channel payment solution.

Before joining Yapital, 50-year-old Schulz worked as Head of IT for the ‘Bundesrepublik Deutschland Finanzagentur GmbH’. Prior to that, he was CTO at Ingenico S.A. and Easycash GmbH, and in 2009 he was awarded “CIO of the year“.

“With his expertise and wealth of experience, Matthias Schulz was our top candidate for the CTO position“, says Nils Winkler, Chairman of the Board of Yapital. „We are proud that he decided to join us.
