KNEIP, the service provider for the production and disclosure of legal, regulatory and contractual information for the fund industry, today announced that Lee Marshall has been appointed Head of Information Technology Infrastructure.
In his new role, Lee will be responsible for strategic planning and the development of the technology and infrastructure that KNEIP uses to help fund managers meet with new regulatory requirements such as AIFMD. Lee will work in partnership with Yizhi Sun, Head of Information Technology Development at KNEIP.
Lee joins KNEIP from J.P. Morgan Bank Luxembourg, where he was the senior product manager responsible for the European offshore asset manager segment. For the last 14 years, Lee has worked within Luxembourg’s financial sector, focusing on building strategic technology solutions to meet the ever changing regulatory landscape.
