The appointment of Kevin Casoli is in line with the strategy of bolstering IRIS‘s international standing as a leading supplier of information management solutions.
IRIS, a member of the Canon Group, European leader in mobile scanning, intelligent document recognition, enterprise information management and optimisation of IT infrastructures, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Casoli as Country Director of its subsidiary in Luxembourg.
Kevin Casoli, with more that 15 years’ experience in Luxembourg’s IT market, is tasked with guiding IRIS Luxembourg’s teams with a view to winning new market share in three main sectors:
- Enterprise Information Management
- Hybrid IT, or infrastructure solutions combining models on site and in the cloud
- Customer Services or Centre of Excellence to support our customers in their IT production endeavours
Kevin Casoli worked in sales at Systemat Luxembourg for 12 years, including five years as Sales Manager on the company’s Management Board. He then became General Manager at Vision IT, a services company, and then Sales Director at Business&Decision. This experience has given him in-depth knowledge of the market and the skills required to coach all the different teams in a company.
Kevin Casoli says: “I feel very honoured to have been chosen by the IRIS Group for this position of trust. The Group’s long-standing expertise in information management, its strategic positioning, its vision, and its many customer references in Luxembourg in the public, private, banking, telecommunications, and manufacturing sectors, will be major assets in building our future. Having recently joined the Canon Group makes our position even stronger. Since the end of 2015, we have been a key centre of excellence in this big Group known for its outstanding products and services.
In Luxembourg and elsewhere, companies have a growing need for their data and their documents to be managed. Data management refers to the continual improvement of business processes, the quality of data, security and confidentiality, governance and, no doubt increasingly thanks to new technologies, the business value that can be extracted from them.
These trends represent huge opportunities for companies, and place the IRIS Group firmly in position as a preferred partner to support their digital transformation. We have the resources, the expertise, the enthusiasm and the ambition to enter into the era of analytics, learning, artificial intelligence, and cognitive computing.
Next year we will celebrate our 30th anniversary, and with so much expertise, we already integrate some of these new technologies in appropriate solutions, whether partial or complete, that we supply to our customers so that they can focus on their business and improve their effectiveness, or even their efficiency. “
