LuxCloud, a market leader in cloud service distribution, added in March a new member to its team, CFO, Fryderyk Rdultowski. LuxCloud is proud to welcome Fryderyk, who will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to fund raising for the company’s continued and rapid growth.
LuxCloud is constantly evolving and adding new products to its portfolio. In March 2012, Marco Houwen, Founder and CEO of LuxCloud, announced the launch of Hosted365, a compilation of cloud services allowing service providers, telecom operators and value added resellers the opportunity to offer a hosted desktop with web based versions of Microsoft Office programs. Hosted365 is fully managed by the reseller and they are invited to brand the product with their own identity, ensuring ownership of their customers and full control of their pricing strategy.
In the process of rapidly expanding their presence in the world of cloud service, LuxCloud is currently putting in place a team of highly experienced professionals to effectively support the company’s enterprising business plan, and take the company to the next level of success with the running of its operations.
“Fryderyk is an enormous asset to the LuxCloud team,” said Marco Houwen. “His extensive experience and accomplishments in the financial industry will help take LuxCloud to the next level of success. We are excited to have Fryderyk join us, and are already impressed with his contributions and passion for excellence.”
As CFO, Fryderyk will focus, amongst other things, on fund raising for the company, liaising with existing and future investors. He brings over 13 years of experience in the area of finance and investment. In his previous position as a Managing Director and Partner with TIMAG Capital, a management and investment company, Fryderyk was responsible for private equity investment management.
Prior to TIMAG Capital, Fryderyk was a Managing Director at Denos Partners where he was in charge of the structuring, execution and management of opportunistic and proprietary corporate and real estate investments. His role also involved overseeing venture and private equity fund raising throughout Europe. Fryderyk has also held positions with Arcapita, GE Capital, Accenture and Goldman Sachs. With this extensive background he has gained a full understanding of all aspects of the finance sector.
Fryderyk holds a First Class Honours, BSc degree from York University, and as a Chevening Scholar he graduated with an MPhil in Economics from Cambridge University. Originally from Poland, Fryderyk speaks both Polish and English fluently.
