Ana Ignat, Business Analyst at q-leap

Ana graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of IT Economic from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, the most prestigious economic higher education institution in Romania.

She started her career at Matricia Solutions, a company based in Romania specializing in implementing business software solutions for private and public organizations. First, she held the position of Business Analyst during 3 years. After that, she carried out the position of Project Manager. During the 4 years spent with this company she worked on a wide range of software implementations, from small (10-20 users) to large (1.800+ users) and for clients in various industries (Pharma, Telecom, FMCG, Professional Services).

Just prior to joining q-leap, Ana has been working with Eurofins in Luxembourg as a Business Analyst & Project Manager. She was mainly responsible for implementing the company’s CRM solution to the new business units, world-wide, making sure to align the business needs with the company’s group guidelines.

Ana is multilingual with a strong experience in different industries and also has a background in development particularly with Microsoft technologies. She’s also SCRUM Product Owner certified and Project Management Professional (PMP) trained specialist.
