Your Mission:

• Analyze, challenge and validate the functional specifications provided by business needs
• Translate the business needs of the client and the targets into design elements (tree structure, interactions) or into specifications
• Working closely with Product Owner / Project Manager to help them to articulate requirements in standard products, including
• User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Writing of functional specifications for the development entity as well as tests to be applied
• Functionally test any new development, as well as perform regression tests before going into production
• Ensuring that business requirements are feasible, and that they comply with the technology strategy
• Contribute to the choice of IT system architecture
• Build synergy between the different business actors and the tribe
• Actively contribute in the various agile ceremonies of the tribe.

Functions:

• Know and understand the client’s business
• Supervise the design of tests, the analysis of gaps, help in the training of the business
• Master the processes and functional areas
• Manage business/IT meetings and interviews

Your Profile:

• Able to work in a large programme with complex processes and inter-dependencies
• Experience of working with stakeholders from a range of backgrounds and cultures
• You have excellent communication skills and you can write complex documents and deliver persuasive presentations
• Able to distinguish between a requirement and a solution, and help stakeholders to identify requirements
• You are pragmatic and solutions oriented
• You are open-minded, problem-solver, with good communication skills
• You are flexible, pro-active, structured and quality oriented.

Your Knowledge/Experience :

• You have a degree in Computer Science or/and Finance or equivalent experience. Master degree is an asset
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodology would be appreciated
• You speak French and have a good level in English
• Candidates will ideally have between 2-4 years of experience of working as a business analyst
• Experience in the banking or insurance sectors would be a plus: investment funds, trade, retail banking, wealth management
