Accenture Belgium and Luxembourg announced the organization of the second Accenture Innovation Awards for Financial Services. In this context, Accenture BeLux is looking for various projects ready to shine by their innovativeness before November 30th, 2012, next week.

The purpose of the Accenture Innovation Awards for Financial Services 2013 is to promote and reward innovative, financial services-related new products and concepts on the Belgian and Luxembourgish markets. Innovative concepts go through a selection process, resulting in an expert jury award and a public voting award.

An event will be held in February 2013 in Brussels in presence of professionals from the financial and ICT worlds and another one shortly after in Luxembourg. Prestigious speakers will bring their expertise and thoughts about innovation and major trends in financial services.

By participating, applicants will have the benefit of many advantages:

• Getting insight into the new players, major trends and movements in the market
• Extensive media exposure
• Networking opportunities in Belgium and Luxembourg
• Great prizes

Performance, innovativeness and potential will be the assessed criteria. To be a candidate in the event, the project has to be:

• Relevant in the Financial Services industry
• Live on the Belgian and/or Luxembourgish market –including in pilot or POC mode
• Launched after the 1st of January 2010
• Innovative and relevant for the end client
• Preferably part of a broader ecosystem connecting multiple companies
