LogNet Systems to deploy a multiple play solution for mobile operator to expand its mobile, fixed line and Internet business.
LogNet Systems, a provider of customer management and billing solutions for multiple play service providers, has been selected by Tango in Luxembourg to deploy a multiple play customer management and billing solution.
Tango is a leading mobile operator in Luxembourg and is owned by the Belgacom Group. In addition to providing mobile telephony services, Tango offers a range of fixed line, Internet and value added (VAS) services to private and business customers.
LogNet Systems will deploy a multiple play solution for Tango to upgrade its customer management and billing processes. The solution from LogNet Systems will create a unified operation framework for Tango’s entire portfolio of services and will allow Tango to offer sophisticated service packages based on a combination of prepaid and postpaid usage parameters. LogNet Systems will implement its solution based on its MaxBill product suite and will replace a legacy system previously used by Tango.
“We had a number of alternatives in mind that we were considering seriously,” said Didier Rouma, CEO at Tango. “LogNet was the only option that provided us with outstanding references and the solution to continue to grow our business in an increasingly competitive market.”
“We are proud that Tango has selected LogNet to support its growth plans,” said Kirill Rechter, CEO of LogNet Billing. “Equally as important, we are pleased that an additional mobile operator has joined our growing customer base.”
