According to the study of health, education, economy and politics the Grand-Duchy tops among the globe’s true national champions behind Finland, Switzerland, Sweden and Australia.

In terms of IT, this rating may help the government’s effort to attract new companies, start-ups and talents.

« If you were born today, which country would provide you the very best opportunity to live a healthy, safe, reasonably prosperous, and upwardly mobile life, the magazine asked.

More than 100 countries have been reviewed and analyzed through five criteria (Education, Health, Quality of life, Economic dynamism and Political environment.

Luxembourg scores best (rank 3) on Life quality, followed by Health and Political environment (rank 7), Economic dynamism (rank 9), and far behind on Education (rank 29).

His neighboring countries France, Germany, France and Belgium respectively stand on 12th, 16th and 19th position.

According to the study, Finland offers the best educational system, Japan the best health system, Norway the highest quality of life and Sweden the best political environment, while Singapore is the country with the most dynamic economy.
