Neil joined Skype in June 2009 and oversees the delivery of core Customer Experience and operational delivery. His portfolio includes Carrier Relations in a 140 countries, Customer Service for a still growing base of 300 million users a month and Anti-fraud and Revenue Assurance and the delivery of Billings and Payments solutions. He also enables product readiness into user base.

Prior to Skype, Neil was General Manager for B to B Services at BT Group plc. for 3 years where he transformed the Global Business service experience in technical support and account management. Neil was COO at a start-up payments business in 2006 after a successful 5 year period at Virgin Media where as Director of Integration he led the alignment of NTL and Telewest operations under the new brand.

Neil also held positions as Director of Operational Development and Director of Business Planning. Other roles include Sales and Marketing Director at Adidas UK, Operations Director at Bank of Scotland Group and Sales and Marketing MD at Havas Group where he ran Sales forces for clients like B Sky B, BT and Amex Europe.

A qualified solicitor, Neil also holds an LLB Honours Degree and a BA in English and History. Neil is married with three children and is a keen rugby-player, theater-goer and enjoys walking his 2 dogs and supporting Liverpool football Club with all the challenges that throws-up!!
