The General Assembly of the itSMF Luxembourg took place on 19 June 2012. During this meeting the new board was elected, chaired by Olivier Saucin.

itSMF Luxembourg adopted the new organization of the board of the association, during the past general assembly, held last june.

It consists of the following members :

• Olivier Saucin (Director ITSM Europe at CTG) elected as President,
• Alain Renault (Senior R&D Engineer at CRPHT) as Vice-President,
• Sofronis Papageorgiou (EC) as Secretary,
• Fabian Heuskin (MSD Partners) as Treasurer,
• Michal Rustanowicz (EC),
• Sylvie Prime (Sogeti),

“The association is pleased to welcome new members to its Board and would like to thank Marc Muschang (Steria PSF) – an outgoing member – for his work during the past term, itSMF Luxembourg says. Very special thanks also to Sylvie Prime, leaving the function of President. Sylvie has had a crucial role in the creation of itSMF Luxembourg and was our President for 7 years. She will remain active in the association as a member of the Board.

ItSMF will continue to promote best practices in IT Service Management. The new Board is already working on the organization of the last 2012 conferences and on the 2013 program.”
