IT-HAUS GmbH and tecsys SARL have extending their collaboration in Luxembourg, to formally extend a +70 Mio € turnover leading IT Solutions Integrator and Service Provider in the Grand Region.

The newly founded tecsys IT-HAUS S.A. is the result of a successful phase 1 that started in 2009 by a joined go to market model of both companies addressing the IT market in Luxembourg. tecsys IT-HAUS S.A. operates as a Company registered in Luxembourg with a Luxembourgish management and corporate identity.

Michael Mossal and Frank Back will as executive directors and members of the board represent the management of tecsys IT-HAUS S.A. in Luxembourg. Claude Lüscher, will be president of the Board of Directors joined by Dr. Thomas Simon and Ulrich Simon from IT-HAUS.
