The latest Magic Quadrant for Europe recognizes Fujitsu in key strategic markets and positioned Fujitsuas a ‘Leader’ in End-User Outsourcing Services.
Fujitsu has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the ‘leaders’ quadrant of the Gartner Magic Quadrant: End-User Outsourcing Services, Europe,1 having held a leadership position for the past four years in both the Gartner Magic Quadrant: European Helpdesk Outsourcing and Gartner Magic Quadrant: European Desktop Outsourcing2. The report was published in August 2013 and is an “evaluation based on completeness of vision and ability to execute”.
Gartner defines ‘leaders’ as “[those who] perform skillfully. They have a clear vision of the market’s direction and develop competencies to maintain their leadership. They shape the market, rather than follow it.” In the process of defining the Magic Quadrants, Gartner assessed suppliers across a wide range of criteria as well as interviewing a number of Fujitsu’s customers.
The report comes in another strong year for Fujitsu in this sector. Fujitsu has focused on investment and development of desktop virtualisation solutions, whilst providing an increasingly global approach to providing End User Services (EUS) client solutions. Fujitsu’s vision has been to deliver customer value through a flexible and collaborative approach.
We believe Fujitsu’s placement in the leaders quadrant confirms our dedication to a changing client workforce and our commitment to facilitating a modern working environment. We consider Gartner’s assessment reflective of our European outsourcing vision and strategy. Clients have praised the quality of our robust service delivery and collaborative approach. They also feel Fujitsu performs strongly with crisis management, governance and third-party management.”
