Capgemini, the provider of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, today announced its Dutch subsidiary, Capgemini Nederland BV, has signed a local alliance agreement with BWise, the global leading provider of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software solutions, regarding both joint service delivery and business development starting with the European market. The purpose of the agreement is to combine the strengths of the BWise GRC platform and the Capgemini consultancy expertise, to help customers reach their Governance, Risk and Compliance goals.

By joining forces, Capgemini Nederland B.V. and BWise can particularly benefit the larger international stock listed companies. BWise has hundreds of global customers who rely on its solution for their GRC success. Capgemini complements BWise with additional customer services such as organizational redesign for transformation processes and change management by deploying experienced management consultants.

The combined offering assists in bridging the gap between business requirements and GRC implementations. Customers can benefit from one integrated approach that consists of Capgemini services and the BWise GRC solution regarding designing and implementing effective GRC processes – with global support from two GRC leaders.
