Capgemini, one of the world’s foremost providers of consulting, technology, and outsourcing services, has announced its global partnership with FatWire, the leading independent provider of Web Experience Management (WEM) solutions.

This strategic alliance enables Capgemini to expand the reach of its web experience management offering, building on its success in EMEA. Through worldwide partnerships with both EMC and FatWire, Capgemini is now uniquely positioned to offer its clients complete solutions for Compliance, Digital Asset Management, and Web Experience Management through combining both platforms together. The partnership adds significantly to Capgemini’s service offering in Web Experience Management (WEM) building on the capabilities of its Global Business Information Management Service Line.

A new customer experience

FatWire’s Web Experience Management suite enables enterprises to build and manage an engaging online customer experience that will drive sales, loyalty and business efficiencies. The FatWire WEM suite is a highly scalable platform for enterprises to author and design websites, target content to specific audiences, analyze and optimize web content effectiveness, deploy multi-lingual web sites, offer end-user personalization and user-generated content on sites, deploy to mobile devices, and more.

Through this global alliance Capgemini and FatWire will offer clients the market-leading solution for Web Experience Management, combined with Capgemini’s proven expertise in business transformation in the areas of business intelligence and collaboration services. As a result of this strategic partnership, Capgemini now offers FatWire-trained resources worldwide to help clients reach their business goals using the web.

A strong collaboration

Capgemini’s Global BIM Service Line was officially launched in October 2009. It now has over 7000 consultants, with a dedicated Center of Excellence in Mumbai, India which was enhanced by a new BIM Customer Experience showcase center (CUBE), launched in September this year. The BIM services provided by Capgemini include strategic information management blueprinting; data architecture, warehousing and management; data analysis and performance reporting; and electronic file management, retrieval and collaboration portals. The Group has been supporting BIM initiatives with customers for over 15 years, delivering customer-focused solution based on industry best practices.
