Dimension Data in Europe, part of the US$4 billion global IT solutions and services group, said today that it has appointed Pierre Dumont Managing Director of its Luxembourg operation. Pierre Dumont has been MD of the region’s Belgium unit for the past 10 years, and this appointment means he is now responsible for the strategic development and day-to-day running of both countries.

Pierre Dumont has more than 20 years experience in the IT industry. In his role as MD of Belgium, he has built a strong management team that has grown the business to double digits, expanded the client base across all sectors, and garnered numerous industry awards. Pierre added: “I am very pleased to be taking on this new role, and look forward to working with our highly talented team in Luxembourg”.
