As a Junior Technical Consultant you will contribute to the successful delivery of our Project Management software solutions to our clients. You will build an expertise in Microsoft Project Server as well as in our own in-house solution PMTalk.

Your responsibilities

• Participating in the definition, the documentation and the set-up of Project Management solutions
• Drawing up configuration documents and reports
• Installing and configuring the solutions
• Designing and developing reports
• Supporting the clients after the go-live
• Analyzing the clients’ technical infrastructure in order to efficiently implement project management tools
• Playing an active role in the internal development of projects
• Taking on a role in formalizing relevant subject-matter expertise to help us grow our business and improve our products

Your profile

• You have a master’s degree or an equivalent degree in Applied Sciences, Engineering or Information Technology
• You have 1-3 years of experience
• You have an excellent knowledge of office tools
• You have a practical knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and/or Microsoft Project Server
• Any knowledge of other PPM Tools is a serious advantage
• Knowledge in networking technologies is a must
• You have a practical knowledge of database query – ideally with Microsoft SQL Server
• You are familiar with programming languages (C++ or C#)
• You are dynamic, mobile, and eager to learn
• You are customer-oriented and can demonstrate strong communication skills
• You are fluent in French and English. Knowledge of German is a plus
• An experience in Project Management is a plus
