The transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in revolutionising cybersecurity is evident, but safeguarding AI systems is crucial to prevent harm. The widespread adoption of AI is fueled by powerful and affordable computer chips, making it accessible to organisations of all sizes, coupled with the exponential growth of digital data. As AI applications become integral to daily life, their role in cybersecurity becomes paramount, leveraging their efficiency in scanning vast data for anomalies and identifying risks.
As every year, one of the most exciting aspects of the PwC Cybersecurity & Privacy Day is the pitching competition which has become an integral part of the event. What is PwC looking for? The top five innovative solutions addressing major cybersecurity or privacy challenges!
The five finalists will compete on 5 June 2024 live from Luxembourg for the two following awards:
- 2024 PwC Cybersecurity & Privacy Solution of the Year Award – Jury’s Choice
- 2024 PwC Cybersecurity & Privacy Solution of the Year Award – People’s Choice
The audience will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite solution right after the live pitch.

About the PwC Cybersecurity & Privacy Day
The PwC Cybersecurity and Privacy Day is our annual flagship event whose mission is to help CISOs, DPOs and CEOs ensure they keep their organisation secure in a digital society.
The 2024 edition will be held physically at PwC Luxembourg’s premises, as follows:
- 4 June – CEO Corner: For several years now, we have organised a dedicated and exclusive session for CEOs, with a tailored agenda to provide them with an in-depth understanding on strategic challenges around cybersecurity and privacy.
- 5 June – PwC Cybersecurity and Privacy Day: This one-day event offers CISOs, information security experts, DPOs and privacy experts the chance to gain technical updates, discover promising cybersecurity and privacy solutions and attend interactive dedicated workshops. They also benefit from international renowned speakers who will focus on cybersecurity and privacy challenges they are facing in today’s sophisticated digital world.
