Cyril De Bazelaire, HR Director for Dimension Data Luxembourg, says: ”As a services company, our people are our best asset. We make sure that we keep investing in them and that we bring the brightest and most innovative talents into our team. This year, five of our young talents in Luxembourg have joined our European Early Career Development program, and one of them has joined NTT Young Talent Program in Japan. Eight of our senior team leaders participated in very prestigious yearlong European and Global programs extending their horizons. We attracted more than 50 new talents during the past year and our performance management has borne the fruits of a high performance culture. The results of the Top Employer survey confirm we have kept improving our HR practices and we are moving in the right direction.”
The Top Employer certification process starts with the HR Best Practices Survey: a comprehensive analysis of the organisation’s Human Resources environment: strategy, priorities, role of executive management, specific practices, measurement, specific KPI’s and technological support. It covers 600 HR practices across Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning, On-boarding, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Career and Succession Management, Compensation and Benefits, and Culture. After completion of the HR Best Practices Survey, the Top Employers Institute determines which organisations have reached the required standards to be certified as Top Employers. A third-party audit is conducted to ensure the integrity of the Top Employers Institute’s processes.
The two other Top Employers in Luxembourg for 2018 are BGL BNP Paribas and Orange Luxembourg.
Cyril de Bazelaire concludes: We are always looking for new talents opened to the jobs of the future and eager to learn how to respond to the new challenges of the digital transformation.
