Datacenter.eu, a market leading Internet, Cloud and Colocation Services Provider is seeking a full time Head of Sales to drive its national and international sales initiatives. The new hire will report directly to the company’s senior management and be in charge of:

-> Managing the overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management;
-> Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performances;
-> Estabilishing pricing policies;
-> Creating and conducting proposal presentations and RFP responses;
-> Maintaining key customer relationships;
-> Preparing individual and team action plans to increase Datacenter.eu’s current market shares and to penetrate new markets;
-> Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports;
-> Establishing compensation, training, and sales incentive programs;
-> Conducting one-on-one review with all sales team members to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of the individual employee’s sales and activity performance;
-> Assisting Account Managers in preparation of proposals and presentations;
-> Evangelizing the products and personally help close largest deals;
-> Representing Datacenter.eu on national and International tradeshows and events in a professional manner;
-> Managing all aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department;
-> Enforcing all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes within the sales team.

EXPERIENCE & KEY COMPETENCES

-> Must have, at minimum, a bachelor (level) degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or another relevant field;
-> Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in an IT company;
-> Strong leadership, integrity and team building skills;
-> Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry;
-> Must be fluent in English (both oral and written). Any other languages are considered an asset;
-> Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices;
-> Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
-> Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities;
-> Work collaboratively across teams – including Engineering, Product and Marketing;
-> Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
