DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES​| About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales colleague to complement our dynamic sales team. As a Channel Account Manager LuxembourgWallonië, you are responsible for our professional, educational, and financial portfolio to our resellers based in LuxembourgWallonië. Developing new business opportunities is also within your domain. This entails not only being the Exclusive Networks ambassador to our partners but also the ambassador within our organization. 

You ensure the strategic and operational development of our portfolio and collaborate with other teams: Internal Sales, External Sales, Business Development Managers, Pre-sales, Marketing, Backoffice, Logistics, Services and Finance. You inform and guide the various teams with the aim of building and facilitating business, actively seeking new resellers interested in incorporating our vendors into their portfolio. In this role, you report to your team manager and receive full support from the sales director. 

As the Channel Account Manager Luxembourg-Wallonië, you will:

  • Building the partner network by establishing new relationships and actively seeking out new customers.
  • Maintaining existing relationships to establish, monitor, and expand long-term partnerships.
  • Visiting customers in Luxembourg-Wallonië, ensuring an efficient agenda.
  • Guiding projects from initiation to sale to proper delivery. You collaborate with all involved parties in the project.
  • Initiating, setting up, and developing marketing and communication activities to foster business growth.
  • Acting as the face and point of contact, both for the internal organization and our external relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE​| About you

As a Channel Account Manager LuxembourgWallonië, you work autonomously, precisely, and result-driven. You are a true go-getter, full of enthusiasm and energy, curious to learn new things, and have a winning mentality. You are the ideal conversational partner for our resellers.

The ideal Channel Account Manager Luxembourg-Wallonië:

  • Has commercial flair and is results oriented.
  • Is passionate about cybersecurity and cloud management.
  • Has experience in the world of distribution or is willing to take the first steps in this field.
  • Is passionate about storytelling and presenting.
  • Has a good knowledge of French and English, spoken and written. Dutch is an advantage.
  • Can work well with Office and CRM programs.
  • Holds a valid driver’s license.
