WeSTEM+ (Women Excel in STEM+) is proud to present Re:Engineered 2025, an event designed to spotlight engineering careers, foster professional growth, and encourage connections across industries. This second anniversary edition celebrates the achievements of women in STEM while providing a platform for emerging talent and career changers to engage with experienced professionals and industry leaders.

WeSTEM+ focuses on empowering women and other underrepresented groups across all STEM disciplines, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics represented by the ‘+’ in WeSTEM+. The organisation provides mentorships, technical trainings, and networking opportunities to support career growth and leadership in STEM. In July 2025, WeSTEM+ concluded two programs: Robotics Rookies for teens that offered hands-on experience in robotics and technology, and BI Academy for non-tech adults with the focus on data management, data analysis, and business intelligence visualisations. Re:Engineered 2025 builds on these efforts by showcasing career paths, practical insights, and professional development opportunities in engineering.
