On Tuesday 11-11-25 at 11AM, BlueCube announced the launch of a new AI platform, CARE Intelligent Onboarding (careonboarding.com). CARE is a purpose-built solution that uses the power of Artificial Intelligence to automate most manual tasks in onboarding processes for financial institutions, funds, corporates, and other complex businesses.

Onboarding of clients and counterparties is typically a highly manual and frustrating process, especially in regulated sectors. Traditional automation solutions rely on complex workflows with hard-coded decision chains, instead of using language interpretation to understand the reason behind the decisions.

This means that workflows break when confronted with exceptions that were not expected.

CARE helps to dramatically reduce this burden by automating the 4 key phases of any onboarding: Collecting information and documentation, Assessing risks and compliance, Reviewing acceptability, and Engaging with the counterparty. At every step of the process, multiple AI agents autonomously perform tasks with knowledge of all applicable policies and procedures.

The platform reduces time and effort on onboarding tasks by over 75%, freeing business experts up to make meaningful decisions.

BlueCube was founded by serial entrepreneurs and twin-brothers Rob and Bert Boerman. They bring their extensive experience in technology and industry into the new venture, including their proprietary agentic platform that powers the AI features of CARE.

Rob, the technical founder and chief architect, explains the journey: “Before we could solve this complex onboarding problem, we first needed to perfect agentic engineering; a new way of creating intelligent software with AI. The next step was to build an agentic platform that allows us to build and run teams of AI agents that can use any Langauge Model, from any vendor on any infrastructure, and integrate with any system. These building blocks then  enabled the development of the CARE Onboarding platform”.

His brother Bert, CEO of BlueCube, adds: “We set out to make the AI features almost invisible while keeping business users not just in the loop, but in control.

The result feels like magic, with numerous tasks like data extraction, chart building, compliance controls and even contract production handled automatically in the background. And all of this with almost no learning curve and no technical expertise required.”

CARE is currently being rolled out to selected clients in the financial sector in Luxembourg and the Netherlands, with a wider roll-out planned for January BlueCube is also opening partnership opportunities to provide clients with expert support in different sectors and countries.
