Following the success of last year’s EuroCloud Luxembourg Awards competition, the association invites all the companies based in Luxembourg and active in the field of cloud computing and SaaS to participate in the 2013 edition. As part of the partnership with ITnation, the awards ceremony will take place during the “Golden-i” event, on May 23rd, 2013.
The winners of the EuroCloud Luxembourg awards will have the possibility, again this year and for the third time in a row, to participate in the European competition organized by the EuroCloud network, which gathers the winners from all the national competitions.
Amal Choury, President of EuroCloud Luxembourg and Vice-President of EuroCloud Europe, explains “the past local awards’ competitions have met a great interest from the national Cloud Computing and SaaS companies, and the golden-i event has been a great platform to release the winners’ names”. In addition to this, Amal adds, “last year’s EuroCloud Europe Awards ceremony that was held in Luxembourg and gathered more than 200 attendees, was a very successful evening and event. It brought an important visibility to all the national competitors. This year, we are expecting an even bigger attendance and greater enthusiasm from all the local EuroClouds across Europe, which will position the 2013 ceremony in Luxembourg as a not to be missed event”.
This also confirms the goal of the EuroCloud Luxembourg competition to become the main platform for companies operating in the field of cloud computing technologies and SaaS, always striving for better visibility and reputation, both in Luxembourg and throughout Europe.
This year, all the winners from the national competitions throughout Europe will be presented during the European congress organized by EuroCloud Europe and taking place on October 15 & 2013, in Luxembourg. The European trophies will be delivered on the evening of the 15th in the following four different categories:
- Best Start Up
- Best Cloud Service Product
- Best Case Study Example of Cloud Services for the Private Sector
- Best Case Study Example of Cloud Services for Public Sector
