Dimension Data Positioned as Challenger in the Magic Quadrant for Telecom Expense Management Services 2012Dimension Data, the USD 5.8 billion global specialist IT solutions and services provider, today announced it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the “Challengers” quadrant of the “Magic Quadrant for Telecom Expense Management, 2012.

The report, which examined 23 vendors, focuses on services delivered by third parties relating to the business processes for sourcing, procurement and auditing functions connected with business communications expenses. It also considers non-recurring services such as one-time historical audits and other advisory services relating to enterprise communications expenditures.
