Key Responsibilities

• Support the supplier onboarding team with outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other tools.
• Help onboard new companies to the ClimateCamp platform and address basic questions about the product.
• Identify opportunities and understand the priorities of various stakeholders, such as sustainability managers and business owners.
• Maintain and update the CRM system (HubSpot) while optimizing outreach campaigns.
• Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and learn the dynamics of a fast-growing climate tech company.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage prospects via phone and other channels.
• Resilient and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment with high rejection rates.
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, calls, and campaigns efficiently.
