YOUR MISSION
 
As part of its efforts to modernize business processes and its application landscape, a Luxembourg public administration is seeking to strengthen its IT team by ensuring the support and maintenance of existing applications while actively contributing to the complete overhaul of a strategic business application that is deeply integrated with other internal systems.

• Participer activement à la refonte complète d’une application métier stratégique, fortement intégrée au SI interne.
• Contribuer à la maintenance et à l’évolution des applications existantes au sein d’un environnement technique moderne et industrialisé.
• Apporter une expertise technique de haut niveau sur les stacks backend et frontend, en garantissant la qualité, la performance et la pérennité des solutions.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire de 25 personnes, dans un cadre structuré et exigeant.
• Poste basé exclusivement sur site au Luxembourg, au cœur des équipes IT.

 
 
YOUR PROFILE 

• Expérience en conception et maintenance d’applications et systèmes complexes.
• 5 ans minimum d’expérience en développement backend avec Spring Boot 2 ou 3.
• 5 ans minimum d’expérience en développement frontend avec Angular (versions 18/19/20 appréciées).
• Solide maîtrise du SQL, idéalement avec Oracle.
• Connaissance des chaînes d’outils moderne (Kubernetes, GitLab, GitLab CI, Argo CD, SonarQube).
• Autonome, rigoureux(se) et capable de travailler efficacement dans un environnement complexe et multi‑projets.
• ​​​​​​​Français courant indispensable ; bonne capacité de communication en anglais appréciée.
