As a Sales Intern, you will play a key role in connecting with prospects, setting up outreach campaigns, and driving engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with prospects through calls, driving conversations that highlight the importance of sustainability.
- Assist in managing and optimizing HubSpot sequences to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Take ownership of setting up nurturing campaigns and A/B testing outreach strategies.
- Proactively reach out to companies, convincing them to prioritize sustainability and explore collaboration opportunities with ClimateCamp.
- Work closely with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to ensure a steady flow of meetings and qualified leads.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage prospects over the phone.
- Resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, high-rejection environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and CRM tools, such as HubSpot.
- Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks, calls, and campaigns.
- Interest in sustainability and climate tech.
