We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our dynamic HR tech startup and support our social media and content creation activities. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in digital marketing, providing exposure to social media management, content creation, and community engagement. You will work closely with the founder and marketing team, receiving guidance, feedback, and training throughout the internship to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Draft platform-adapted copy for social media posts with team support.
• Design visuals using Canva based on existing brand templates and guidelines.
• Update and manage the social media calendar using Notion or similar tools.
• Monitor comments, messages, and interactions for basic community management.
• Track engagement metrics such as likes, comments, reach, and views.
• Capture photos and short clips during company events for social media use.
• Create and edit short-form videos using CapCut or Canva video editor.
• Research content ideas, competitor activity, and relevant trends in recruitment, HR tech, and startup marketing.
• Provide support with presentations, reports, and internal documents using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, communication, digital media, or a related field.
• Basic familiarity with Canva or other design tools.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for social media activities.
• Interest in learning basic video editing tools such as CapCut or Canva video editor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for daily collaboration.
• Good written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Curious, creative, and willing to learn in a collaborative environment.
