YOUR MISSION :  

The process manager is responsible for the proper execution of Change Management processes on a daily basis. This role focuses on managing and administering all changes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the process is executed as documented
• Tracks and analyzes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Checks the quality of recently submitted changes
• Validates change documentation, implementation steps, risk mitigation measures, blackout plans, and the expected timing of the change
• Reviews standard change proposals for inclusion in the standard change catalog
• Reviews unsuccessful changes for future improvements
• Reviews the entire schedule of changes to identify conflicts
• Manages the CAB’s agendas
• Facilitates approval of emergency changes
• Chairs CAB and eCAB meetings
• Conducts retrospective reviews to assess compliance and adherence to the schedules of the changes implemented, as part of a continuous improvement process

Skills

• Proven experience in ITIL Change Management (ITIL V4 Certification is a must)
• Proven experience in Service Management
• Solid understanding of IT processes, technical environments and operational risks
• Effective facilitation and influence skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Team spirit
