As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a pivotal role in helping us scale our vision, ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our solutions while contributing to a more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer accounts and work independently to ensure their success.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to scale supplier onboarding processes.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams to enhance customer experience and maximize value.
• Manage end-to-end customer experiences, ensuring seamless interactions and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience or ambition to work with multi-disciplinary teams including development, marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Highly analytical mindset with a strong affinity for technology.
• Effective communication skills to align and navigate multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with adaptability to work with diverse global teams.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment and take ownership of tasks and initiatives.
