• Contribute to the design and participate in workshops with stakeholders (CISO, SecOps, Systems, Network) for the implementation of the Discovery module and the CMDB setup.
• Develop and implement the Discovery module, Patterns, and Probes.
• Install and configure MID servers.
• Configure and develop integrations with third-party systems to feed the asset database and CMDB via IntegrationHub ETL and ServiceGraph connectors.
• Configure and develop rules for identification, reconciliation, and CMDB governance.
• Carry out testing, user acceptance, training, production deployment, and provide post-deployment support.
• Document developments and ensure knowledge transfer to the Run team.
• Ensure compliance with development and security best practices according to the technical governance in place.

 

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow in large enterprises operating in complex, multi-service, multi-domain, and multi-entity environments.
• Strong expertise in asset management, configuration management, CMDB, CSDM standards, and related data models in ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of CMDB data models and CSDM standards.
• Advanced knowledge of the Discovery – Service Mapping module in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with ServiceGraph Connector and IntegrationHub ETL modules.
• Good understanding of network, infrastructure, cloud environments (AWS, Azure), hybrid setups, vCenter, Cisco DNA, MECM, RedHat, Intune.
• Ability to lead business and technical workshops, produce clear deliverables, and work independently.
• Proficiency in the Agile Development module.
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, Discovery (Service Mapping, HAM is a plus).
• Fluent in French (C1/C2), proficiency in English is a plus.
