YOUR MISSION :
We are seeking a skilled AI Software Engineer with expertise in Azure AI Foundry to design, build, and deploy intelligent applications and agents at scale. You will work closely with data scientists, product teams, and architects to leverage Foundry’s capabilities – such as the Model Catalog, Prompt Flow, Playground, and Agentic Development tools – to create secure, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions.
This role is ideal for an engineer passionate about generative AI, agent workflows, and enterprise-grade Azure development.
The tasks are:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and agents using Azure AI Foundry.
- Work with the Azure AI SDKs (Python, C#, TypeScript/Java, etc.) to integrate models and workflows into enterprise applications.
- Leverage Foundry tools including:
- Model Catalog (model selection, evaluation, fine-tuning).
- Prompt Flow (prompt engineering, testing, and chaining).
- Playground (rapid prototyping and experimentation).
- Agentic Frameworks (multi-agent orchestration and integration with APIs/data).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI system architectures that balance performance, scalability, and governance.
- Implement best practices for grounding, evaluation, observability, and security in AI solutions.
- Integrate AI services with other Azure resources (e.g., Key Vault, Storage, Cognitive Search, Application Insights).
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI/LLM technologies, Microsoft AI updates, and best practices.
YOUR SKILLS :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, with hands-on experience in AI/ML projects.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry
- Solid understanding of LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native application development.
- Familiarity with GitHub, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD best practices.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance in enterprise AI deployments.
- Ability to balance rapid prototyping with production readiness.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
- Exposure to MLOps, model fine-tuning, and data pipelines on Azure.
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio or custom Copilot extensions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- The following certifications are a plus:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Other Generative AI certifications (vendor or platform-specific)
